How we handle information.
This policy applies to Krezdo Pte. Ltd. (“Krezdo,” “we,” “us” or “our”) and information received through this website and related business communications.
1. Information we may collect
We may collect your name, professional contact details, organisation, location, enquiry information and communications with us. If an engagement progresses, we may request additional business or due-diligence information through an appropriate channel.
Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser, device and request logs. At launch, this website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
The enquiry preparation tool on our Contact page works in your browser and opens your own email application. Krezdo does not receive the information unless you review and send the resulting email.
2. How we use information

3. When information may be disclosed
We may disclose relevant information to personnel, consultants, hosting or technology providers, professional advisers and independent specialist or licensed partners where reasonably necessary for your enquiry or engagement. We may also disclose information where required by law or a competent authority.
We do not sell personal information.
4. International transfers
Because Krezdo supports cross-border requirements, information may be processed outside Singapore. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure that transferred information receives an appropriate standard of protection.
5. Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, legitimate business and recordkeeping needs, dispute management and applicable legal requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so sensitive documents should not be sent through the public website or ordinary email unless specifically requested through an approved process.
6. Your requests
You may contact us to request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent where applicable or raise a privacy concern. Some information may need to be retained where permitted or required by law.
Privacy enquiries may be sent to legal@krezdo.com.
7. Third-party websites, business users and changes
This website may link to third-party services governed by their own privacy practices. Our services are intended for business users and not for children.
